Sir,


The King having thought proper, in
Considerable of some Circumstancs, humbly
represented to His Majesty, in favour of Simon
Smith
< no role > , who was capitally convicted at the Session
held at the Old Bailey , in the Month of June last;
To grant Him a Reprieve; And being now
further graciously pleased to extend His Royal
Mercy to the said Convict, upon Condition of
Transportation for Seven Years, I am commanded
to signify to You The King's Pleasure, That The
said Simon Smith< no role > should be transported for
The Term abovementioned of Seven Years, to
some of His Majesty's Colonies, or Plantations, in
America , pursuant to The Acts of Parliament
in That Behalf
