alledgeing that he had expended and disbursed for Printing
and Dis
[..] ssing Severall Thousand Abstracts of the
severall Acts of Parliament now in force for Paveing and
Cleansing the Streets to informe the Inhabitants of their
Duty required by the said Acts the Sume of Sixteen pounds
And that severall Inhabitants of the said County had paid
into the hands of Mr.

Deputy Clerk of
the Peace
of this County Severall Sumes of Money to
answer and defray the Moneys soe expended, It is
thought fit and Ordered by this Court that the said
Mr. Hardisty doe out of the said Money in his hands
pay unto the said
Daniel Combes< no role >
the said Sume
of Sixteen pounds, And for Soe doing the Receipt of
the said Mr Combes shall be a Sufficient Discharge
to the said Mr. Hardisty,
