Upon Motion made unto this Court by Daniel Combs< no role > Esqr .
one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County
alledgeing that he had expended and disbursed for Printing
and Dis [..] ssing Severall Thousand Abstracts of the
severall Acts of Parliament now in force for Paveing and
Cleansing the Streets to informe the Inhabitants of their
Duty required by the said Acts the Sume of Sixteen pounds
And that severall Inhabitants of the said County had paid
into the hands of Mr. Robert Hardisty< no role > Deputy Clerk of
the Peace of this County Severall Sumes of Money to
answer and defray the Moneys soe expended, It is
thought fit and Ordered by this Court that the said
Mr. Hardisty doe out of the said Money in his hands
pay unto the said Daniel Combes< no role > the said Sume
of Sixteen pounds, And for Soe doing the Receipt of
the said Mr Combes shall be a Sufficient Discharge
to the said Mr. Hardisty,

Upon reading the humble Petition of Thomas Green< no role > late
High Constable of the Tower Division in this County
Exhibited unto this Court Setting forth that he was
High Constable of the said Division from the Quarter
Sessions in January One thousand Seven hundred and
fourteen to the Quarter Sessions in Aprill One
thousand Seven hundred and fifteen In which
time he received of Richard Sellman< no role > Constable of
White Chappell within the said Division the Sume
of Fifteen pounds three Shillings for Maimed
Soldiers and Mariners Repair of County Bridges
Goals and Hospitals which Moneys he believes he
paid, but his Receipts and Vouchers are either
lost or mislaid, And upon reading the Report of
D' Oyly Michel< no role > Samuel Perry< no role > Isaac Tillard< no role > and
Robert Dennet< no role > Esqrs . four of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace for this County of the Twenty eighth day of
November last to whom it was referred to Examine &
inspect into the Accompts of the said Thomas Green< no role >
