Know all men by these presents that I Thomas Mannock< no role >
of great Bromley Hall in the County of Essex Esqr . have made
ordained Constituted and appointed and by these presents do
make ordain Constitute and appoint Richard Snow< no role > of the [..]
Parish of St. Giles in the fields in the County of Middx Esqr [..]
and Edward Webbe< no role > of Grays Inne in the said County of Middx
Gentleman my true and lawful Attorney and Attorneys jointly
and severally att the generall quarter Sessions of the peace to
be held for the liberty of Westminster in the said County of
Middx next after the date hereof for me the said Thomas
Mannock and in my place in open Sessions to Subscribe the
name of me the said Thomas Mannock to such Registry and
entry as shall be made by the Clerk of the peace of and for the
said liberty of Westminster or his lawfull Deputy of my name
and estate in certain Messuages or Tenements within the
said liberty of Westminster in the said County of Middx
in such or books Roll or Rolls as by a late Act of or
Parliament intitled An act to oblige Papists to Register
their names and wall estates is or are in this behalf directed
to be provided and kept by such Clerk of the Peace And
I the said Thomas Mannock Doe here by further Authorize
my said Attorney and Attorneys or either of them to doe and
procure to be done for me the said Thomas Mannock all
such other makers and things as are or may be requisitt
fitt and proper to be done for the due Registering my name
and reall Estate within the said liberty of West minster in
the said County of Middx according to the true incent and
meaning of the said Act of Parliament And what my said
Attorney and Attorneys or either of them Shall lawfully do
or cause to be done in or about the premes I the said [..]
Thomas Mannock Shall and Will Ratify Confirm and allow
of as if I in my own proper person had done the same. In
