Know all Men, By these presents, That I Henry Eyre< no role > of
Grays Inne in the County of Middlesex Esqr. Have made appointed and in
my place and Stead putt, And by these presents Doe make appoint and in
my place and Stead putt Thomas Penson< no role > and Daniel Molony< no role > both of
Grays Inne in the said County of Middlesex Gentlemen and either of them
my true and Lawfull Attorney and Attorneys Joynlly or Severally for me
and in my place and Stead at the Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be
held for the sd County of Middlesex next after the Date hereof in open Sessions to
Subscribe my name to the Registry or Entry which I have desired the Clerk of the
Peace of and for the said County of Middx or his lawfull Deputy, to make of my name
and of my Estate in a Messuage or Tenement and Garden, Stables Coach houses Yards & backside
to the said Messuage or Tenement belonging in the said County of Middx In pursuance of
the late Act of Parliament Intituled An Act to Oblige Papists to Register their names
and Real Estates, And further I the said Henry Eyre< no role > Doe here by Authorize
the said Thomas Penson< no role > and Daniel Molony< no role > and either of them Joynlly or severally for
me and in my name place and Stead to Doe Execute and perform whatsoever may be
necessary or is required by the said late Act of Parliament for duly Registring my
name, and Estate aforesaid, as fully to all Intents Construccons and purposes whatsoever
as I the said Henry Eyre< no role > might or could Doe the same being personally present And
whatsoever my said Attorney and Attorneys or either of them shall Doe in or about
the premises I the sd. Henry Eyre< no role > shall Ratifye Confirm and allow, as if I in my own
person had done the Same In Witnesse whereof I the said Henry Eyre< no role > have
hereunto Sett my hand and Seal this eighthday of July in the fourth year
of the Reigne of our Soveraigne Lord George by the Grace of God of Great Brittain
France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith Etc Annoqr Dni 1718.
