To All to whom these presents shall come I Mary Groome< no role > of
the parish of St. James within the Liberty of Westmr. in the
County of Middx Spinster Send Greeting Etc Know yee that
I the said Mary Groome< no role > have made ordained constituted &
appointed And in My place and stead putt And by these presents
Due make ordain constitute and appoint and in My place and
stead putt John westley< no role > of the Middle Temple London Gent
My true and lawfull Attorney for me and in My Name to
Register or cause to be registred My name and real estate in
the County of Middx And to subscribe My Name in open
Sessions to such Registry Books on Rolls as by the Clerk of the
peace for the sd. County shall be prepared for that purpose
And to doe performe & execute for me and in my Name All
such Acts Matters & things whatsoever requisite or necessary for
Registring my Name and Real estate as are required by an
Act of parliament passed in thefirstNinth year of his present Maties
Reign Intituled an Act to oblidgepapists [..] Register [..]

Scotland, and all persons in Great Britain refusing on neglecting
to late the Oaths appointed for the Security of his Matys persons
and Government by severall Acts herein menconed to Register
their Names and real estates as fully to all intents construccon
& purposes whatsoever as if I Myselfe were present and did the
Same in my own proper person And whatsoever My said
Attorney shall doe or cause to be done in and about the premisses
I doe hereby ratify & confirm the same in witness whereof
