Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us Whose Hands and
Seals are hereunto set, two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County ofMiddlesex(Quorum Unus) by the
Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish ofSt Giles in the Fields [..]
aforesaid, That [..]

lately come into the said Parish
ofSt. Giles in the fieldsendeavouring to Settlehimselfthere as
[..] Inhabitant and [..] like to be Chargeable thereunto, and
not having brough any Certificate, nor given Notice in
Writing, nor gained any Legal Settlement therein, pursuant and accord-
ing to the Several Acts of Parliament in that behalf made; And whereas
upon the Examination of the saidAdjour [..]
we do adjudge the Premises to be true, and that the said Parish of
St. [..] in the Westis the Place wherein the said
[..] last Legally Settled; Then an therefore, in
His Majesty's Name to Command you the Church-wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish ofSt. Giles in this Feildsforthwith to Remove
the saidaldgate Fields [..]
[..] from the Parish ofSt [..]
to the Parish of [..] aforesaid, (which we
do hereby adjudge to be the Place of [..] last Legal Settlement)
and deliver [..] to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor
there, or to some or one of them, (together with this Precept, or a true
Copy hereof) who are hereby required to receive and [..]
asSettled Inhabitant there, until he [..]
according to Law
