two of his Maties. Justices of the peace for this County
(Quorum unus) and both residing within the
Tower Division in the said County In pursuance
of an Act of Parliament made in the second yeare
of the reign of King William & Queen Mary Intitlod
An Act for paving & cleansing the streets in the City
of London and Westminster and Suburbs and Liberties
thereof and out parishes in the County of Middx and
in the Borough of Southwark and other places with
the Weekly Bills of Mortality in the County of surry
and for regulating the Marketts therein mentioned,
have by writing under their hands beareing date
the first day of [..] July instant certifyed
unto this Court that they have viewed & inspected
street or way called Holy well Lane in the parish
of St. Leonard shoreditch in the Tower Division
aforesaid, great part of the houses & tenemt. of whic [..]
said street have been lately erected & built, And
that they doe upon such their view & inspeccon
find that great part of Holy well Lane aforesaid (vizt [..]
from the pavement to the west end of the said La [..]
containing in length about one hundred & twenty
three foot, which hath never been paved for want
