Wee the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
the Parish of Chertsey in the County of Surry ; Doe hereby
Certifie under our hands and Seales unto the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Laleham
in the County of Middx That Henry Cannon< no role > is
Inhabitant legally settled within our said Parish of

And wee doe hereby further promise and declare
the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the [..]
of Laleham aforesaid, That wee will receive b [..]
the said Henry Cannon< no role > his wife Child or Children
into our said Parish of Chertsey when soever he, s [..]
they or any of them shall happen to become charge
to or as releife from the said Parish of Laleham
Pursuant to a Late Act of Parliament in such case
and provided Wittnesse our hands and Seales the
Thirteenth day of October Anno Dom 1703 .
