Know all men by these Presents that I Frances Erington< no role > of the Parish of
St. Andrews Holborn in the County of Middx Spr . Have made appointed
and in my place and stead put And by these presents Do make appoint &
in my place & stead put Stephen Barnes< no role > of Greys Inn in the County of Middx
Esqr and Nicholas Hall< no role > of Hurnwalls Inn London Gent and either of them
my true & lawfull Attorney & Attorneye joyntly or sevrally for me & in say place &
stead at the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be Holden for the sd. County of
Middx next after the Date hereof in open Sessions to subscrice my name to this
Registry or Entry which I have desired the Clerk of the peace of & in the sd. County
of Middx or his lawful Deputy to make-of my name & of my Estate in several
Messuages Lands Senements & Here diterments in the County of Middx In pursuance
of the late Act of Parliament Intilled An Act to oblige Papists to Register their names
and reall Estates And further [..] the said Frances Erington< no role > do hereby authorize the
said Stephen Barnes< no role > and Nicholas Hall< no role > and either of them Jointly or Severally
for me and in my name place and stead to do execute and perform whatsoever
may be necessary or is required by the said late Act of Parliament for duly
Registring my Name and Estate aforesaid as fully to all Intents Constructions
and purposes whatsoever as [..] the said Frances Erington< no role > might or could do
the same being personally present And whatsoever my said Attorneys and
Attorneys or either of them shall do in and about the premisses [..] the said Frances
Erington
< no role > shall ratifye to confirm and allow as if Im my own person had done ye. same
