Read a Copy of a Petition on intended to be presented to Parliament signed by
some of the Inhabitants of that part of Piccadilly between Berkeley Street and Hyde
Park Corner and of that part of Park Lane between Piccadilly aforesaid and the
North side of Hertford Street for leave to bring in a Bill to put the above plan
under the Management of Trustees to be appointed amongst the Inhabitants
to repeal the several Laws now in being so far as the same relate to such p [..]
of Piccadilly and Park Lane aforesaid.

Resolved That, it is the opinion of the Commission, That if a [..]
of Parliament should be obtained in Consequence of the above Petition it will
Materially affect the Publick will lessen the Securities for Monies lent on
Credit of the £1000, a Year granted by Parliament to the Commissioners
of the Kensington Trust and tend to defeat the intended good purposes of the
Paving Acts.

Order'd That a Petition be drawn up and signed by the Clerk
order to be presented to the House of Commons against any Bill which may
brought into that House in pursuance of the above Petition and Sr . Archibald
Edmonstone

Order'd that a Copy of the above Minutes be transmitted to
Committee.
