view the same. And it being Reported to this Committee
there are several Coach Houses and other Buildings in the [..]
Yard in this Parish which don't appear to be Rated to the [..]
in the Year 1770 Ordered that the Churchwardens and Over
of the Poor have notice thereof

Mr. John M cLane< no role > Tenant of a House in Gilberts Passage
complaining of his House being in danger by the alteration of
Pavement lately made there Ordered that Mr. Meredith have
notice thereof in order that the same be certified

Mr. Archibald Roxburgh complains of a Nusance by the
Drain of Clare Court running into the Yard of his House Order
that Mr. Marquand be requested forthwith to view the same forthwith
give the necessary Orders for removal thereof

Complaint being made by Mr. Carpue of Duke Street of a B [..]
Stone and a Sunk Stone in the footway at his door which Bls [..]
the water and Mr. Griffith of Bear Yard of the Pavement
wanting raising next the Kirb Stone Ordered that Mr. Vaughan
and Mr. Carpue be requested to view the same and if necessary
that the same be done
