Madam Baker to
signe orders to Loan

This Court being Informed by their Clock That the
Eleaven hundred pounds Lent to his Majty. upon Loan on wine
Vinegar and other Merchandizes is now ready to be paid off
And that he had applyed to Madam Baker the Execx: of the late
Trear In whose name the money was lent to Indorse her name
on the orders of Loan In order for the now Trears Receiving in ye
same And the sd Madam Baker disireing the direccon and order
of this Court for her signeing thereof It is thereupon Ordered
by this Court That the said Madam Baker be desired to signe
the said Orders of loan so that the now Trear may Receive the
said money out of the Exchequer And that thereupon she be and
is hereby discharged from the same and all Interest thereon and
Indemnified by this Court for her so doing:

Clock to attend Mr
Lutterell wth books Etc.


Also the said Madam Baker desireing Narcissus Lutterell< no role >
Esqr her son in Law who is now Indisposed may be attended by ye
Clerk of these Hospll. with the account bookes and other papers
relateing to the Accounts of those Hosplls. to be by him perused in
the prsence of the said Clerk And that the she may have a copy of
the Charge given by Sr Gabriel Roberts< no role > the Auditor Generall of
these Hosplls: to Mrs Mount the wife of the late Clerk of these
Hosplls. And this Court being willing to Comply with her said
desire Do Order That the Clock of these Hosplls. do Attend the sd
Narcissus Lutterell< no role > with the Clerk of these Hosplls: do Attend the sd
the said Madam Baker a copy of the said Charge accordingly:
