Oath that she has, or lately had a Son named
William Jones< no role > who was Lawfully Married about
Seven Years ago at the Parish Church of Saint
Leonard Shorditch in the County of Middlesex
to one Amy Whitfield< no role > since deceased and
that he has Issue living by his said late
Wife Namely William George Jones< no role > aged
upwards of Four Years and Thomas< no role > aged
about Two Years, that her said Son William
Jones
< no role > about Three Years ago lived in & Rents
a House of Twenty Five Pounds a Year in
King Street Seven Dials in the Parish of St. Giles
in the Fields in the County of Middlesex and
was charged to and paid Poors Rate for the
same, that he did not after he quitted the
said House ever Rent any House or Lodging
of the Yearly Rent or Value of Ten Pounds
or pay any Poors Rate or Kings Tax or do any
Act to her knowledge or Belief to gain a
Subsequent Settlement that her said Son
on or about the Twenty ninth Day of April
last deserted his said Two Children and when
he now is she cannot tell and that the said
Two Children are likely to become chargeable
to the said Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate
