on the First Day of March One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Forty two he was duly
bound Apprentice by Indenture to Thomas
Heard
< no role > This name instance is in set 750. of Victualling Office Square in the
Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate in
the County of Middlesex Cooper and served
about Five years and a half of his said
Apprenticeship with his said Master
there, when his said Master not having
employ for him gave him up his
Indentures, that he has never Rented
any House or Lodging of the yearly
Rent or Value of Ten Pounds or paid
any Poors Rate or Kings Tax or lived
as a hired Servant by the year or
done any Act to his knowledge or
Belief to gain a Subsequent Settlement
