The Minutes of the last Vestry Read & Confirmed

Ordered that Mr. Joseph Loder late Upper
Churchwarden of this Parish for the Year 1767 give to the
Master and Mistress of the Workhouse £5, And Fifty
Shillings to the Beadle for their good behavior & Extra
Trouble during his Churchwardenship

At this Vestry the Accounts of the said Mr. Joseph
Loder
< no role > during his Upper Churchwardenship for the year
1767 were Examined Audited and Allowed Whereby
appears that he has reced the Sum of £4065:19:10
And paid laid out & Disbursed the Sum of £3764:17:3
that there remains in his hands due to the Parish to be [..]
the Sum of £301.2.7 which is Ordered to be paid to
Thomas Hodgson< no role > the late Upper Churchwarden for them
the Parish and the same was paid accordingly - but the Sum [..]
£236.10.3 is to be reserved to be employed to or for no [..]
purpose but towards the New Building of Work house [..]
remaining of the £1500. (reced by the sd. Mr Loder of Mr.
Barlow) raised on Annuities for Lives for the purpose of
