Read the Several Petitions and Recommendations of
Sarah Money< no role > , Elizabeth Wright< no role > , Sarah Balmans &
Sarah Rand< no role > Who offered themselves Candidates for the
place of Mistress of the Workhouse in the room of the late Mr.
Frith

Ordered that the said Place be annually elective on the [..]
for the Choice of Parish Officers And that the Election no [..]
going to be proceeded on be for the remainder of the present y [..]
only (vizt.) till the next Annual Election day for Parish [..]

A Motion was made and seconded and the Question [..]
that the several Candidates be put up & reduced to two [..]
the shew of hands & then to proceed to the choice of one of [..]
to be Mistress of the Workhouse , which was carried in [..]
Negative

Voted & Ordered that the several Candidates be put up
in the Order their Petitions ever Read & such one who on
such putting up shall Appear to have the Majority of
Hands to be declared duly Elected

The Vestry then proceeded to the Election and the
said several before named Candidates being severally
put up in the Order their Petitions were Read Mrs. Wi [..]
