Informations of Witness of Wintesses
taken at the Parish of Saint George in the
Borough of Southwark in the County of
Surrey the 21st: day of February 1789
on View of the Body of Richard Harris< no role >
then and there lying dead

Richard Preston< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty< no role > 's new
Gaol within the Borough of Southwark in the County of Surrey
maketh Oath and saith he hath known the deceased
Richard Have in about in Weeks that he was also a Prisoner
in the said Gaol that the deceased has been sick by the
whole of that time that for this Week part he has been
much worse in so much that he was obliged to keep his
Bed that he believes the deceased was in a Consumption
that he continued to get worse until Yesterday Morning
about seven OClock when he departed this Life that he
was attended by the Surgeon of the said Gaol that he
believes the said disorder was the cause of his death
