Depositions of Witnesses taken at London
that is to say at the Parish of Christ Church
in the Ward of Farringdon within in London
aforesaid the 28th day of January 1790 on view
of the Body of George Hamstone< no role > then and
there lying Dead

Thomas Brown< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty's Gaol of Newgate
maketh Oath that he hath known the deceased George Hemstone
between six and seven Months that he was also a Prisoner in the said Gaol that
he hath been in the Sick Ward where Deponent attends two Days
very ill in a decline that he had been ill with that disorder near
the whole of the time Dept. has known him that he continued
very ill until Yesterday Morning when he departed this Life
that he was attended by the Surgeon of the said Gaol and Dept.
believes the aforesaid disorder occasioned his Death
