Witness maketh Oath that about six O'Clock Yesterday
Morning on Dept. coming down Stairssonear the bottom
of the one pair of Stairs he put his hand upon something [..]
it being dark he did not then know what it was but it fell
like the head of some person Dept. got a Light and upon
going to the Stairs he found the deced in a sitting posture
upon the third or fourth Stair from the bottom that he was
quite dead and Cold-that there appeared to be a great deal of
Blood
upon the deceds Left Leg and upon the Stairs
down the bottom of the Stairs-that Dept. acquainted
his Master of having found the deced

that about ½ part Six Yesterday Morning Dept. examined
the deced that he found a great deal of Blood upon the Stocking
and on the Shoe of the left Leg of the deced-that Dept. got
the deceds Stocking off and found a Corroive Ulear on the
left Legin the nighbourhood of which there are large
Vessels which in all propa [..]
[..] were ruptured and
praduced a violent bleeding which Dept. harnsdoube
occasioned the deceds Death.
