that between eight and nine yesterday Morning Dept
standing on a Bange lying at Pigs Quay saw something
lying on the mud a stern of the Bange Dept.was in Dept.
having got [..] a Boot stock [..] hooked that Dept
had so seen which proved to be the deced-Dept. went and
acquainted the Officers of Bridewell Hospital
precinct
and a Mr. Randall returned with Dept. to the Barge where
they found the deced lying in the Banger then-that the
deced appeared to have been some time in the water-that
thedeced had neither Breeches, Bowrers stocking or Shoes
on-Dept left the deced in the Bange

belonging to Mr. Bottomly of shoe Lane

from Milford Lane
where she then lay to Brentford
that the Bange having been unladen at Brentford
and
again laden with Brick, Dept and the deced conducted
the Bange from Brentford
and on the Friday Morning
about 7 Oclock secured the Barge at the new River
Wharf
in the parish of Saint Bridget als Bride-that
about seven Oclock the deced went on share the Boal
having gone adrift in order to recover her-that about
eight OClockthe deced returned and the Bange having drifted
off the Mudd a distance from the Wharf the deced was Higed
to pull his shoes and stocking off in order to get on Brant
the BangeDept. being in one of the Craft lying along
-side the New River
Wharf halloed to the deced on bound
of Dept. Bange-that the deced came out of the Cabben
of the Bange [..] with only a shirt and a Red Capon
