maketh Oath that last Saturday afternoon<lb></lb>
the deced came into Dept. Home and came up to Dept. Bar<lb></lb>
Dept. being then in the Bar and another Man in Company with<lb></lb>
the deced that the Man who was in Company with the deced<lb></lb>
sayed to Dept. this man pointing to the deced has met with<lb></lb>
an accident by my Cart and sayed he wished the deced might<lb></lb>
have something to Drink that he called for some Tenland Brandy<lb></lb>
which Dept. served him with that he gave the deced als lass who<lb></lb>
Arankit the deced sayed nothing and did not appears to be much<lb></lb>
Hart-that the Man with the deced appeared to be a Casman<lb></lb>
and appeared to be very well acquainted with the deced and<lb></lb>
sayed to the deced after they had drank the dont Brandy<lb></lb>
I don't think you and much Hart best if you will have a<lb></lb>
Docter I will pay him or any other appearance in Modes action<lb></lb>
I will pay it-that he repeated those words several times and<lb></lb>
appeared very much concerned for the deced-that they walked<lb></lb>
out of Dept. house together</p>

fast and appeared to be endear severing to pass the other Cart that<lb></lb>
the Wheel of one cart caught hold of the Wheel of the Cart<lb></lb>
by which means the Horse of one Cart and the Cast were thrown<lb></lb>
on upon the fool pavement that the deced who was the Driver<lb></lb>
of the Cast so thrown on the pavement and who never on the near<lb></lb>
side of his Horse was struch and jammed by <rs type="placeName" id="LMCLIC65007_geo132">the shaft</rs>

before Reput his hand to right side and other the oped<lb></lb>
