maketh Oath that about seven in the Morning of Yesterday
Dept. and the deced were standing at the Gateway of the four
Swans Inn Bishopsgate
within London waiting for the Jopswich
Coach
that Dept. & the deced saw the Coach coming that the Horses
were [..] bloping along the Street very fast and Dept. observed
the Coachmen had no Command of the Horses-that Dept. and the
deced run into the Road in order to Stop the Horses that they
were coming from Grace church street
way. Dept went on the
Off side of the Horses and the deced on the near side-that
both Dept. & the deced missed catching hold of the lead
Horses-that the Horses went on & Dept. fell down in the Road
that upon getting up he saw the deced lying upon his Back in the
Road-Dept. went to him-that he was in ensible & a great run
quantity of Blood about his Head and appeared to be nearly dead
That the Corch was drawn by four Horsesand the Coach & Horse

Yesterday Morning he the deced & William Sibery< no role >
were waiting
at the Gateway of said Inn for the [..] parish Coach-that he can the
Coach
& Horses coming along described by Sibery-that Dept. got
into the Middle of the Road to stop the Horses & Sibery event on the
Off side & the deced on the near side of the Horses that the deced
got hold of the near Wheel Horses bridle but the Horses going very
fast the Horse turned round & the splinter Bar of the Coach
got against the deceds Hip & forced him to the Ground-that both
the near Wheels of the Coach event over the deced & the hind Wheel
over his HeadThat the deced was brought into the Sevans som
after & in after Minutes after he was brought in he war quite dead
that his Head appeared very bloody & the upper had of His Head
smartedthat the Coach & Horses Dept. believes ave the property
of Thomas Hedge< no role >
