at the parish of Saint Bridget otherwise Bride's in the Ward of Farringdon
without in London
aforesaid on the seventeenth day of September in the thirty sixth year of the reign of our
sovereign Lord George the third by the grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland
King Defender of the faith and so forth

on the Sixteenth day of September in the year aforesaid was sick and diseased
in his body of which said sickness and disease the said

on the said Sixteenth
day of September in the year aforesaid at the parish and ward aforesaid in London aforesaid
did die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do say that the said William
Cross by the Visitation of God died a natural death and by no violent means or method whatsoever
