Informations of Witnesses taken at the Dwelling House of
Thomas Cox< no role > known by the Sign of the Punch Bowl in the Parish of
Stanwell in the County of Middlesex on Friday the Seventh day
of July 1786 Before Thomas Phillips< no role > Esquire one of his Majestys
Coroners for the said County touching the Death of George Ott< no role > then
and there lying Dead as fellow

Stanwell Upon his Oath Saith that on
Wednesday last he returned from his Work
about 7 oClock in the Giving to his Lodging
in the House of John [..] Where the Child
deceased who was a Child about three [..]
old was at Nurse. and then in House & in
about half an hour Aftwds [..] beard Mrs.
Sack who nursed the Child scream out
and on touching to are what was the Matter
saw John Lo [..] bringing the Child into
the House in appearance dead.
