Death, Do, upon their Oath, say, That the said Thomas Silas Payne on the Fifth<lb></lb>
Day of April in the Year aforesaid being an Infant of the Age of Thirteen Years<lb></lb>
or thereabouts And being at Play in a Place called The Orchard House Yard situate<lb></lb>

first abovementioned (to wit) in a certain Hospital there situate called The London<lb></lb>
Hospital Did Languish for the Space of about three Hours and then died (to wit.)<lb></lb>

casually and by Misfortune Came to his Death And That the said Cash and the Beef<lb></lb>
therein contained were the Cause of the Death of the said Thomas Silas Payne and are<lb></lb>
of the value of Five Shillings and the Property and in the Possession of <rs type="persName" id="LMCOIC65102_n1033-16">William Ward</rs>
