Who being upon Oath say and first the said William Brown< no role >
for himself says that on Thursday Night last he was robbed in
Company with his Wife and the said Hannah Negus< no role >
in the fields
between Battle bridge
and Baynigge Wells
of a Gold Watch & some
Money by three Footpads, and the Said Hannah Negus< no role >
for herself
says that she was in Company with the said William Brown< no role >
when he was robbed as aforesaid and that she does suspect
that two persons now present who call themselves Francis Talbot< no role >
and William Smith< no role >
are two of the three persons who robbed
the said WilliamSmith as ofBrown as aforesaid
