March 1781.
Who being on Oath say and first the said Elizabeth Glovers for herself
says that a Person now present who calls herself Mary Hughes< no role >
lived as a Servant with this Informant for about a Year and half
and left her Service a little before Christmas last. That during
the Time she lived with this Informant she robbed this Informant
of the undermentioned Things now produced by the said John
Fitzgerald< no role >
& John Lightfoot< no role >
and which said
Articles are this Informants property. And the said John
Fitzgerald< no role >
for himself says that the Muslin Gown now
produced by this Informant was pawned with him on or about
the sixth day of December last by the said Mary Hughes< no role >
for four Shillings. And the said John Lightfoot< no role >
for
himself says that four Curtains aHead Cloth, Teaster Cloth, Cloth, Shirt,
Blankett Table Cloth, Petticoat, [..] and three Waistcoats
now produced by this Informant, were pawned at his Masters
Shop at different Times by the said Mary Hughes< no role >
