Feloniously [..] did make an assault & that the Said Joseph Fletcher< no role >
with a Certaine Oaken [..] Staff of the Value of one Penny the Said Richard Brothers< no role >
Feloniously [..] Did Strike beat & bruise & did then & there give unto
him the Sd Richd: Brothers with the aforesd oaken Staff one Mortall bruise in
& upon the Left Side of his head neare the Left Ease of which Sd Mortall
bruise to the Sd Richd Butler from the Sd 15th Day of August in the yeare
aforesaid unto the 4th Day of September Following as well at the Parrish
of St Paul Covent Garden [..] in the County of Middx. at the Parrish
of St Botolph Aldgate London did Languish & Languishing did Live on
which Said 4th of September he Dyed of the Same Owise at Aldgate aforesaid
& that at the tyme & place aforesd. they the Said Isaac Knight< no role > & Richd
