Informacon upon Oath taken before me One of her Maties Justices of ye
peace forty County of Middx Saith That on or abt. ye Twenty seventh
day of October last she this Informt. went from her house in Popinge
Alley in ye Parish afioresd Abt. Two of ye afternoon, & left Ann
Freeman
< no role > her Servant to take care of her sd house till her Return Wch.
was abt. Eight of ye Clock in ye Evening of ye Same day And this Informt.
further saith That at her Return as aforesd ye sd Ann [..] Freeman< no role > was
not at home, nor did come home that Night, nor did this Informt. over
See her afterwards till Thursday wch. was ye Nineth day of November
instant, at wch time ye sd Ann Freeman< no role > was taken by virtue of A
Wart. from John Crosebie< no role > Esqr . One of her Maties. Justices of ye Peace for ye sd
County And this Informt. further Saith That during her absome from
her sd house as aforesd. there was feloniously Stollen out of her Sd
house One Silver Spoon, One Holland Shirt [..] three Holland Smocks, A
Callicon Gowne & Petticoate Nine Yards of Stuffs for Liveing an Anterice
Gown for a Child & Starse A Damask Month A white Quilted Wastcoat
& red Silk Stomacher, five pinners A Green & white Silk Tabby
Liveing of a Gown. wch a Furbelow of ye Sume, wch some other Goods
& that when ye Sd Ann Freeman< no role > was taken by ye Wart. aforsd. ye Nine
Yards of Stuffs for Lineing above menconed were taken upon her, ye same
being made into a Petticoate that ye sd Ann Freeman< no role > did Confissi to
this Informt. that she did take & carry away ye Goods above in consen'd
& did also carry thus Informt. to ye Shop of One Stone a pawn
Broker in Barbican where she had powned One Holland Shirt & ye
Damask Man the above menconed. wth this Infomt. Saw there & went
likewise wth this Informt. to a house in Deadmans place in Southwark
in ye County of Surry where she had sold ye Anterine Gown for a Child & Stays
above mencond wch this Informt. also saw there
