hands and Seals are hereunto Sett two of his Majties. Justices of
the peace for the City of London (Quorum Unus) by the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St Mary Somersett
That

an Infant aged about Six Years is
lately come into the
said Parish endeavouring to Settle there contrary to Law and
unless timely prevented is likely to become chargeable
thereunto which We do adjudge to be true. and forasmuch
as it appeareth unto us the said Justices upon the Oath of
One

was born in the Parish of St. Ann Black fryers
London
and no other legal Settlement
elsewhere appearing unto us Since We do also adjudge the
said Parish of St Ann Blackfyers to be the place of his last
legal Settlement
These are therefore in his Majesty's name to will & require
you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of St Botolph Somersettforthwith to remove and convey
the said Thamas Hutchenson
from out of your said parish unto the said parish of St Ann
Blackfryer and him deliver unto the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor there Some or one of them who are
hereby required to receive and provide for her according to
