The Humble Peticon & Appeale of ye.
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Bennet at Pauls
Wharfe London.

Sheweth,

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands & Seales of Two of His Majtys Justices of the
Peace for the said City of London & the Libties thereof
(Quor unus) bearing Date the Twenty Second Day of
July last past one Jane Bashervile< no role > Widow of Edward
Bashervile< no role > Carpenter was removed from the Parish of
St. Elhelburga London unto the said Parish of St. Bennet
at Paulswharfe London aforesaid alledging the said
Parish of St. Bennet at Paulswharfe to be the Place of
her last legall Settlement

Therefore your Peticoners Conceiving
themselves agrieved by the said Order or
Warrant of the said Two Justices as aforesaid
Do humbly appeale to your Lord Ship and
Worps therefrom And humbly pray that
your Lordship & Worps will be pleased to
hear them concerning the Premisses And
that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of St. Elhelburga
London may appear before you & hear & abide
the Judgment and Determinacon of your
LordShip & Worps touching this Appeale
