The Humble Peticon & Appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Catherine Creechurch
in the City of London

Sheweth.

That by Virtue of an Order or Warrant under ye.
hands and Seals of Two of His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the City of London & the Liberties thereof (One
being of the Quorum) bearing Date the First of this instant
Aprill John Maslin< no role > and Sarah< no role > his Wife were Removed from
the Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate London unto
the said Parish of St. Catherine Creechurch London alledging
the said Parish of St. Catherine [..] Creechurch to be the
Place of their last legall Settlement.

That Your Peticoners Conceiving themselves
Agrieved by the said Warrant or Order of the said
Two Justices Do Appeal to yor.Lep& Worps there from
And humbly pray that yor. Lordship & Worships
will be pleased to hear them in the prmisses, & that
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate London may
appear before you to hear & abide the Judgment
& Determinacon of yor. Lep & Worps touching this
Appeal
