At the General Quarter Session of the Peace holden for the City of London at
the Guildhall within the said City on Tuesday the twenty third Day of June in the
twenty sixth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King
of Great Britain Etc. and in the year of our Lord 1752 .

Whereas the Overseers of the Poor of the Liberty of the Rolls in the County of Middx
have exhibited their humble Petition & Appeal to this Court setting forth that by an
Order under the Hands & Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the said City of London therein named (one being of the Quorum) bearing Date the
eighth Day of this Instant Month Joshua Kedden< no role > & Jane< no role > his Wife were removed
from the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn London at the Liberty of the [..]
the Parish of Saint Dunstan in the West in the County of Middx. as the place of
their last legal Settlement whereby the Petitioners concieved themselves
to be aggrieved Whereupon at the request of the Petitioners it is ordered by this
Court that the benefit of the said Appeal be saved unto them and that the hearing
and determining thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned unto the next General
Quarter Session of the Peace to be held for this City at the Guildhall aforesaidabove on
Tuesday the twenty fourth Day of October now next ensuing
