To John Percifull< no role > one of the Constables
in the City of London , and also to all
Constables, and other Officers of the
Peace whom it may concern, to re-
ceive and convey. And to the Chuch-
Wardens, Chapel-Wardens, or Over-
seers of the Poor, of the Parish of Saint
Luke
in the County of Middx
or either of them, to receive and obey.

WHEREAS James Hameman was
apprehended in the Parish of Saint Peter le Poor London
as a Rogue and Vagabond wandering abroad and begging
and upon Examination of the said James Hameman< no role >
taken before me upon Oath (which Examination is hereunto
annexed) it doth appear, that the last legal Settlement of the said James
Hameman is in the said Parish of Saint
Luke

These are therefore to require You the said John Pereifull
to convey the said James Harneman< no role >
to the said Parish of Saint Luke
that being the first in the next Precinct, thro' which
ought to pass, in the direct Way to the said
of to which to be sent, and
to deliver to the Constable or other Officer, of such first
in such next Precinct, together with this Pass and Dupli-
cate of the Examination of the said
taking his Receipt for the same, And the said
to be thence conveyed
on in like Manner to the said of

there to be delivered to some Church-Warden, Chapel-Warden, or
Overseer of the Poor , to be provided for according to Law. And you
the said Church-Wardens, Chapel-Wardens, and Overseers of the Poor,
are hereby required to receive the said James Harneman< no role >
and provide for him
as aforesaid. Given under my Hand and Seal this 19th
Day of March in the Year of our Lord 1759 .
