WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Stephen in Coleman Street
in the City of
London. That

is
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtained
any legal Settlement there, and is likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof as well upon
the Oath of the said

as otherwise do
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said
Rachael Harvey< no role >
to be in the said Parish of Saint Olave in Hart Street
in the City of London
and that thitherto she ought by Law to be sent.
These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to will and re-
quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Stephen in Coleman Street
in the City of
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Rachael
Harvey
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of Saint
Olave in Hart Street in the City of London
And her deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with
this our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive
and provide for her according to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals, this 24th Day of March One Thousand
