maketh Oath that he owes said heard on was
informed of any Summons for this Deponents
Attendence as a Juror at the Sessions held at
Guildhall
in the Month of January on that any
such was left at this Deponent House Untill
he received the witheir Printed Letter which was
brought to this Deponents was in the Old
Jurry when the Deponent was in Yorkshire
and which upon his Return came to this
Deponents hands and was the first intimation
he was had on Received of his being Summoned
to Attend as a Jurors [..] said Sessions to the
best of this Deponents knowledge and behalfe
and this Deponent saith hereon Order'd any of
his Clerks or Servants
to suppress keep back
or with hold any such Summons from this
Deponent
