struck by sd. Morgan and then Deced cried out Doth
"Murder him, don't Murder him" That Deponent was
knocked down by the Blow he reced from Morgan with
his Fist and upon his getting up against Saw Deced
on the Floor and sd. Griffiths with the Poker in his hand
when Deponent collared [..] sd. Griffiths and brought
him down Stairs with the Poker in his sd. Griffiths's hand when he took it [..] That on Sunday last after Deceds
return from Church she complained of a Pain in her
head and said that she could safely take her Oath that
sd. Chas. Griffith< no role > gave her the Blow.

Anne Black< no role > fryars aforesaid [..] maketh Oath and
saith That on Thursday the 26th

Charles Fars< no role > Assistant of James Farmer< no role > and residing with him in of Earl Street in the Parish of Saint
Ann Black fryars London Surgeon maketh Oath and
saith That on Saturday last a person came for the said
James Farmer< no role > in order for him to Attend the Deced on
Account of a Wound she had received upon her Head
That the sd Mr Farmer being absent from Lane Dept
immediately attended the Deced and found her
Head bleeding very much That on a careful Examint.
there of Depont. discovered a large Contunon on the right
side of the forehead and a Branch of the Temporal
Artery Divided That Deponent attended Deced
