Issued thereon or that Defendants had Bailed the same but that<lb></lb>

the said Mr. Ingham called again at this Deponents House when<lb></lb>
this Deponent Reproached the said Mr. Ingham with telling<lb></lb>
the Deponent Bexwell that he did not know that any process<lb></lb>
had issued upon such Indictment when he before had told<lb></lb>
this Deponent that a Warrant had Issued thereon and was<lb></lb>
in the hands of the said Mr. Clarke Whereupon the said Mr.<lb></lb>
Ingham told this Deponent that Although he had Consented<lb></lb>
to Accept of such Notice of Tryal to Save this Deponent Expence<lb></lb>
yet for this Deponents then Language he would not so do and<lb></lb>
that this Deponent might find out the Prosecutor as he could<lb></lb>

last and then shewed this Deponent his Bill Book wherein<lb></lb>
were entered the Attendances on preferring usual Indictment<lb></lb>
and the Money laid out of Pockett for the same But Doubted<lb></lb>
if that was sufficient to Authorize him to Accept of such<lb></lb>
Notice or Whether this Honorable Court would think such<lb></lb>
Service on him sufficient Whereupon this Deponent asked<lb></lb>
him Whether he then knew where the Prosecutor was to be<lb></lb>
found to which he replied he did not but that he would give<lb></lb>

this Deponent was Informed by a young Woman that the<lb></lb>
Prosecutor had Dined there a few days before with her Father<lb></lb>
as being an Old Acquaintance but where he lodged or was to<lb></lb>
be found she could not and was sure her Father could not tell<lb></lb>
upon which this Deponent on the Nineteenth day of February<lb></lb>
last again applied to the said Mr. Ingham and informed him<lb></lb>
of the Result of such Inquirys and to know if he had seen the<lb></lb>
