To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the peace in and for the City of
London in their present General Session of the peace assembled

The Humble Petition of the Church wardens and Overseers of
the poor of that part of the parish of Saint Andrew Holborn
which has above the Bars in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order under the Hands and Seals
of John Burnell< no role > and Nathaniel Newnham< no role > Esquires two of
his Majestys Justices of the peace in and for the City of London (one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date the 25th. Day of April
last Mary Robinson< no role > Singlewoman was removed and conveyed
from and out of the Parish of Saint Katherine Creechurch in the
said City to the said part of the said parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn as the place of her last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by
the said Order of the said Two Justices appeal to Your
Worships against the same and humbly request you
will be pleased to appoint some Day in this present Session
for the hearing and determining their said Appeal And
that you will order the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the poor of the said parish of Saint Katherine Creechurch
to appear before you to abide the Judgment and determination
of your Worships touching the said Appeal
