Estimate formerly given in to the Court of Sessions<lb></lb>
of the Peace for this County, and to see if the same<lb></lb>
was well and Sufficiently done and performed, and<lb></lb>
to consider whether in their Judgements he<lb></lb>
deserved for the same and the materials by him<lb></lb>
found the Sume of Eighty four pounds alledged<lb></lb>
to be due to him for the said Work & Materials<lb></lb>
or any and what other Sume, and to Certify their<lb></lb>
Opinions touching the Premisses unto the Court of<lb></lb>
Sessions of the Peace for this County, And Whereas<lb></lb>
three of the said Justices of the Peace (to witt)<lb></lb>

Specifyed and that they are of Opinion he may deserve<lb></lb>
for the same the Sume of Thirty five pounds Seven<lb></lb>
Shillings and Seven pence half penny, and that<lb></lb>
the Severall prices comprised in such Estimate<lb></lb>
are full as much as are paid to any on the like<lb></lb>
Occasion, And that as to two Articles of Carpenters<lb></lb>
and Plumbers Work for which he Charges Nineteen<lb></lb>
pound's and twelve Shillings they cannot find any</p>
