Beer Ale and other Liquors therein and declareth<lb></lb>
that he will lay out more Money in Improvement<lb></lb>
of the Premisses, provided that the said Terme<lb></lb>
of Six Years may be made up Twenty Yeares<lb></lb>
from Lady day last and that in Order thereunto<lb></lb>
he desires to Surrender up the said Lease,<lb></lb>
and to take a New Lease of the Premisses<lb></lb>
from the Trustees of this County for the Terme<lb></lb>
of Twenty Years to comence from Lady day<lb></lb>
last at the Rent of Twenty Pounds per Annum,<lb></lb>
which proposall the said Referrees Submitt<lb></lb>
to this Court, This Court upon Consideration<lb></lb>
had of the said matter Is of Opinion that a<lb></lb>
new Lease be granted of the Premisses by<lb></lb>
the Trustees of this County unto the said James<lb></lb>
