It is Ordered by this Court that John Wicks< no role > Gent late
High Constable within the Hundred of Elthorne
in this County do attend his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for this County to be assembled at the next
Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be held
for this County by adjornment on Thursday the
Fifth day of July next at Eleven of the Clock in the
forenoon to answer for his Neglect in not receiving
and paying the Severall Sumes of Money assessed
upon the severall Parishes and Places within his
Division in the Years 1719.1720 and 1721 for the
Marshalsea Kings Bench and Hospitalls unto
