By adjornment on Thursday the 17th. Day of October 1745 .

Order for discharging
poor Prisoners not able
to pay their fees out of
the House of Correction
New Prison at
Clerkenwell .}

It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
recommended and referred unto Thomas Bardus< no role > John Elliott< no role > This name instance is in set 3963.
Nathaniel Chandler< no role > Merry Teshmaker< no role > Francis Hole< no role > and William
Withers
< no role > Esquires Justices of the Peace of this County or any two
or more of them of meet together at Hicks Hall in St. John
Street in the Said County on Thursday the twenty fourth day
of October instant at ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, And
from thence to go to the House of Correction and New Prison
at Clerkenwell in this County And to See what Prisoners are
confined therein for Non payment of Fees And to Order
and direct Such of the Said Prisoners as the Said Justices
Shall in their Judgment think (in respect of their Poverty)
not able to pay their fees to be discharged out of the Said
Prisons without Fees, if there be on other Cause of our
detaining them.

By adjornment on Thursday the 17th. day of October 1745.

Order for taking an
Account of what
Repairs are wanting
and necessary to be
done to Hicks Hall.}

Information being given unto this Court that Several
Repairs are wanting and necessary to be forthwith done to
the Sessions house called Hicks Hall in Saint John Street
in this County, It is Ordered by this Court that It be And
It is hereby recommended and referred unto Robert Hucks< no role >
John Milner< no role > Thomas Burdus< no role > William Morice< no role > John Elliott< no role > This name instance is in set 3963.
Samuel Tatem< no role > Richard Ricards< no role > Peter Elers Francis
Hole Boulton Mainwaring Thomas Moore< no role > John Poulson< no role >
William Withers< no role > & John Lawton< no role > Esqrs . Justices of the Peace
of the County and Such other Justices of the Peace as Shall
think fit to be present or any three or more of them to take
a view and to See and to cause an Account in Writing to
be taken of what Repairs are wanting and necessary to
