of a from Mr Fielding or from Mr Hyde at any of the Session
the peace holden for the said City or Liberty or in his office of Clerk
the peace for the said City or Liberty from the second day of April
to the 16th. day of October last any Examination of any Rogues or [..]
or any duplicate thereof or any duplicate of any pass of any of the Rogues
and Vagabonds for the apprehending of whom the said Mr Fielding
Mr. Hyde have granted orders for Rewards

It appears also to the Committee that there is
Subsisting order of Court bearing date the first day of March 1759
which it is recommended to the several Magistrates residing a [..]
the Bills of Martality not to allow more as a Reward than two
Shillings to the apprehender of a Vagrant

Wherefore upon Consideration of the Premises [..]
the Opinion of the Committee that the want of attention of some of the
Majestys Justices of the peace for this County and those of the City and
Liberty of Westminster and Especially in James Fielding< no role > and William
Hyde
< no role > Esquires to the order of the first of March 1759 and the giving [..]
large Rewards to the apprehenders of Vagabonds are the principal [..]
of the increase of Expence lately brought upon this County for the
apprehending of Vagrants That one probable means to lessen [..]
Expence to the County of Middlesex for the apprehending of oagrai [..]
would be to transmit to the several Justices of the peace acting [..]
and for this County and those for the City & Liberty of Westminster [..]
Copy of the order of Court made on the 1st. of March 1759 That it [..]
be recommended to his Majestys Justices of the peace for this Cou [..]
and these for the City and Liberty of Westminster residing and acting
within the Bills of Mortality to use their Endeavours and authority [..]
their Respective Parishes to compel the Beadles of the said Parish
(who are paid Salaries for this among other purposes) to appre [..]
all such Vagabonds as shall be found in their Respective parishes
to require them to being such Vagabonds before the Magistrates [..]
and acting in or near such parishes and that the Justice before [..]
any vagabond is brought shall also be requested to put the Lane
against such offenders in strict Execution and not to reward such be [..]
at the Expence of this County unless in very Particulars Cases [..]
