That Yesterday yor. Worpps were pleased to order the Churchwardens of the Parish of
St Martins in the Feilds to pay yor. Petr. all arreares, due to her at 2s p weeke for the
nursing of Mary Ayres< no role > she being borne in the sd. Parish and also from henceforth to
provide for the sd. Mary Ayres< no role > at the charge of the sd Parish Yet nevertheles the
Churchwardens doe refuse to pay to yor Petr the sd Arrears or to provide for the sd.
Child Alledging that they are noe waies obleidged Soe to doe unless the sd Child was
passed to the sd. Parish

Yor Petr therefore most humbly prays yor.
Worpps to be pleased to order that the sd Mary
Ayres< no role > may be forthwith passed to the sd Parish &
that yor Petr may be satisfyed he sd arreares
