To all Constables, Headboroughs, and other their Majesties
Officers and Ministers within the County aforesaid whom
it may Concern.

THese are in their Majesties Names to Charge and Command you
upon fight hereof, to bring before Us and others their Majesties
Justices of the Peace , of the County aforesaid, at the Sessions of Peace
now holden at Hicks-Hall in St. John's-Street , in and for the said Coun-
ty the Body - of John Chessey< no role > standing indicted for a
trespasse
(if the Court be there then fitting) or if not before Us or Some others
of their Majesties Justices of the Peace of the Same County, to find Suffi-
cient Sureties for his personal Appearance at this present Sessions
to answer the same, and all such other Matters as on their Maje-
sties behalf shall be objected against him And if the cannot be ta-
ken during this present Sessions: That then so soon after as [..] he
shall be taken, you bring, or cause him to be brought before Us,
or some others of their Majesties Justices of the Peace of the said
County, to find sufficient Sureties for his personal Appearance at
the next Sessions of Peace to be holden for the County to answer
as aforesaid, and further to be dealt withal according to Justice.
Hereof you are not to fail at your Perils. Dated in open Sessions at
Hick's-Hall aforesaid, this 22d Day of Febr
in the Year of our Lord 1691
