taken upon oath ye 8th: of March 1691 .

Who Saith ye about ye beginning of ye Month of
February last past he had feloniously taken out
of a Tortoise shell Trunck in his lodging in great
Queens street in ye pish of St: Giles Severall
Bread peices of Gold & Ginneys, and ye having
suspicon of Ewd Dolling< no role > his servant who was
this day apprhended did thereupon confessed
him to have stolen ten bread peices of Gold &
five Guineys in Gold out of ye sd Trunck.
