The Informacon of Richard Portlock< no role > one
of the Constables of Covent Garden and a
John Bonner< no role > of the Parish of St. Gyles's
in the Feilds in the said County taken
before me Ralph Marshall< no role > Esqr. One of
his Majesties Justices of the peace for the
County aforesaid this 7th. day of June 1695

Who Severally Say Upon their Oaths say That they
beleive Marke Fenton and Thomas his form to
be house breakers and Comon Theeves for that
upon Search of his house they found a greate
quality of Picklock Keyes & other Instruments
for that purpose And in the house of Office
belonging to the said house they alsoe tooke up
Severall other picklock Keyes, which were byt them
Just flung in (as they verily beleive) the Said Keyes
not hoveing time enough to Snick, which Said
Keyes were throwne into the Said House of Office, as
is supported by the Said Thomas Fenton< no role > the form, he
haveing been observed to Runn two Severall times
there (yesterday morning when the Constable was searching
the said Fentons house) with nothing on him but his
Shirt as Mary< no role > the wife of Henry Sutton< no role > hath Sworne
