Whereas in the last Quartr: Session of the
Peace held for the county of Middx att Hicks Hall
in St John Street The comon and antient highway
lyeing and being in the Parish of st. Ann within the
Librtye of Westmr: in the county aforesd leading from
a certaine place called Hogg: lane als Crown Street
in the Parish aforesd unto a certaine place or Street
called wardour street in the Parish and County
aforesd, conteining in length Twenty Pearches
and in Breadth power Pearches, was prsented
by the Rt: Honble: Robert Lord Lucas< no role > Governor of his
majtyes Tower of London and one of his Majtyes
Justices of the Peace of the sd county of Middx:
for being oute of Repaire; which sd High:ways
Wee Whose Names are subscribed his Majtyes Justices
of the Peace of the sd County, have this day viewed
and finde that the same is very well amended and
in good repaire according as the season of the Year
can possibly admitt; Certifyed Under our hands and
seales this 22d: day of Febry Ano Dom 1698
