These two Informnts: doe both say upon their Oaths That
between 3 & four o' Clocke this morneing They going into
the feilds to walk for theeves (where with they are must
frequented) mett in Tomfenrds Lane there William
Watson< no role > & George Moodey< no role > the two prisoners here Each
of them Carrying in a Bagg peeres of Mutton in all
making a whole & arrase of a Sheepe, whereupon these
Informts: apprehended the said Watson< no role > & Moodey< no role >
whom they have found in Severall Scoryes Suine, And
they Suspect the Said Watson & Moodey to have Stel [..]

being then newly, killed as they beleove, And they prtended
or first that they bought the Said Sheep And afterwards
yt they found it under a Hedye, And farther They

both of all farme & the sd Moodey< no role > is burnt in the Handy
And farther they Say yt the sd Watson< no role > owned to ym yt [..] ye first fast
that he had Ever Comitted .
